Seedcraft
A Web3 capital marketplace enabling primary allocations and secondary liquidity for SAFT / SAFTE investments.
Role and scope
Defined the information architecture across Deals, Portfolio, Trade, and Pool Manager modules. Designed investor marketplace flows, vesting analytics, OTC trading interfaces, and operator dashboards. Worked directly with founders and engineers to translate allocation mechanics into structured, usable systems.
Context
Seedcraft competed with Spring by combining primary deal access with structured secondary liquidity.
The platform needed to support:
- Pre-TGE and Post-TGE allocation markets
- Bid / Ask price discovery
- Vesting-aware resale logic
- Portfolio unlock tracking
- MCAP / FDV contextual overlays
- Pool manager performance dashboards
The challenge was organizing capital market mechanics into a coherent system that investors could reason about.
Problem
- Early-stage allocations are difficult to track post-investment
- Vesting schedules create delayed liquidity and confusion
- OTC resale of allocations lacks intuitive structure
- Investors need clarity on realized vs locked value
- Secondary markets require trust and transparency
- Multi-role access increases architectural complexity
- The system required marketplace logic, analytics, and operator tooling without overwhelming users.
Key contributions
- Designed full platform IA across four primary modules
- Structured Invest vs OTC segmentation for clearer mental models
- Built Pre-TGE / Post-TGE filtering to reflect allocation lifecycle
- Translated vesting contract terms into visual unlock curves
- Designed bid / ask flows with counter-offer mechanics
- Integrated ROI, time-to-unlock, and market context into portfolio views
- Built portfolio segmentation for total, locked, and realized value
- Designed pool manager dashboards for volume and fee tracking
- Created a dark financial design system optimized for dense trading data
Outcome
Delivered a production-ready marketplace interface that simplified capital allocation and secondary liquidity in Web3.
